We encourage our guests to discuss menu and beverage recommendations with our private dining staff and Executive Chef, who will make themselves available to create and assist you in making a unique and personalized menu for your special event. We are committed to quality and performance to give your guests a most memorable fine dining experience all tailored to meet your budget and preferences. Our professional staff can arrange everything from floral bouquets to audio visual systems to meet the requirements and desires you have in making your function a complete success. Menus are available from $34 per person for lunch and $61 per person for dinner.
Wedding Ceremonies
Your most precious day will be filled with heavenly memories at Carnelian Room. Bring your wedding planner or family in to discuss what will make your special event perfect. Our professional staff will guide you in the selection of beverages, menu items and reception amenities. Our team of chefs will then prepare a special menu tasting so you can taste beforehand, the selections you and your distinguished guests will enjoy that day.
